Today I came in with a nail in my tire 🫤 they were able to fix it in a timely manner. While I waited for my tire to be fixed I was impressed with the service level inside. The guy at the desk was handling multiple phone calls and at least 6-8 customers that came in while I was there. He was helpful and friendly with each guest….. all while multi-tasking👍👍 Thank you for the great service!

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. I had to bring my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze in on a tow truck because it had a major oil leak and wouldn’t even start. Before coming here, I visited about five different repair shops, and none of them could help. Every single one told me the same thing: “Take it to the dealership.” The dealership had about a one-month wait, and I knew the repair bill would have been through the roof. Thankfully, I found this shop. They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the front crankshaft seal, installed a new serpentine belt, and got my car back on the road. They even filled the engine with fresh oil at no extra charge, which I truly appreciated. I own a small fleet of about five vehicles, and this isn’t my first experience with this shop. They’ve already serviced my 2023 Nissan Sentra, 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe, and now my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. Every single time, they approach every problem with confidence, professionalism, and honesty. They never try to sell me repairs I don’t need and always explain everything clearly. It’s incredibly hard to find a repair shop you can truly trust, but these guys have earned my trust 100%. Ryan and Caden did an absolutely amazing job on my car. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work was done perfectly. The quality of the service was outstanding, and my car looks and drives better than ever. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. It’s hard to find people this trustworthy and dedicated nowadays. I highly recommend Ryan and Caden to anyone looking for top-quality auto service. Thank you guys again for the incredible work!

Thank you Jonah and Riley for the same-day help when my tires needed replacement and for honoring the A/C coupon in the app. Best customer service I've received in years. I'd say "see you soon" but honestly I hope it's not until the 150,000 mile check!

Above and Beyond Doesn’t Even Cover It – Incredible Team! I cannot give enough stars to the team at the Dunedin Firestone. What started as a stressful blown-out tire from a pothole turned into a masterclass in customer service and problem-solving. The Financial All-Stars: I first spoke with Riley (Service Manager), who was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. She saved me a massive amount of money by finding a "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" deal, getting me $50 off just for applying for a Firestone account, and securing special pricing on the Road Hazard warranty (normally $40, she got it for me for $13.99!). The Problem Solvers: When my two-party insurance check was declined multiple times, the team didn't give up. Jonah (Store Manager) stepped in the next morning and went the extra mile by coordinating with Omar (Branch Manager at Wells Fargo). Between Jonah, Omar, and Riley at Firestone, they navigated the red tape and finally got the check cleared and deposited. The Extra Mile: To top it all off, as I was leaving at closing time, my TPMS (tire pressure) light came on. Despite it being the end of the day, Corey, the Mechanic in Charge didn't hesitate. He grabbed the meter, checked ev
